Locomotives

For the Clear Creek Railroad, I will be adding to my collection overtime.  However, to start I have three locomotives, two that will regularly be on the railroad, and one other that is European.  As of right now, I can only show one of the locomotives, and here it is:

Clear Creek Locomotives

  • DRGW #50 Davenport diesel:  This locomotive is not actually a C&S, but it is stored in Golden Colorado at the State Railroad Museum, plus it is one of my favorite narrow gauge diesels, so it has to be included.  My model is 1:22.5, built by LGB in the early 2000's.  LGB is known for their quality, and this locomotive should last for a long time.

  • Colorado Mining Company #1:  Not actually lettered after a specific prototype, which is fine for my uses, this is a Bachmann 0-4-0 Porter in true 1:20.3 scale.  I will need to change the couplers out for something more reliable, and will convert it to battery power, but other than that she'll be ready for the railroad as soon as the track is laid.  I only have a couple grainy images of the locomotive, but I'll update it shortly when I'm able to take pictures of the porter again.
